Tasks
Factory Automation Solution team supports MES and MCS projects domestically and overseas.
We implement factory automation and process innovation through automation system by providing optimal solution including project planning/management and system development/operation.
Also, we implement factory operation management system(SM) to improve productivity and quality, and we seek Full-Automation manufacturing operation environment based on the system.
Required skills
Understanding of the relevant industry, creative and technical communication with domestic clients, IT design and strategy planning, project management, system analysis design, system development/operation (SW development, DB, system, data processing-related license holder preferable)

Tasks
Management support team divides into RAS(Risk Awareness & Surveillance) and PRT(Personnel & Recruit, Training) tasks.
RAS conducts general affairs, administration, accounting tasks. RAS seeks transparent work ethic which leads to righteous management, and is responsible for company’s well-being by managing budget control, profitability analysis and accounting.
PRT plans and manages efficient personnel management system. PRT manages education program for fostering Aimers, self-development support, employee work experience support, etc.
Required skills
General knowledge on business management, communication skill and English skill for presentations required(Chinese and Japanese fluency preferable)
