The document screening is performed by reviewing the application documents and aim systems's hiring plan. (Since cover letter is used for both document review and interview, it should be stated sincerely and honestly.)
Submitted documents cannot returned, and falsified or forged documents lead to disqualification, restricting application for employment for next five years.
|Interview||The first and second interviews evaluate candidates’ conformity to Aim Systems's concept of right person, basic competency and character of the applicant.|
|Medical Examination||It is conducted by the medical facility designated by aim systems.|
|Passed||The finalist will be fostered as a member of Aim Systems through OJT after department arrangement.|
